Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy remains available at /privacy-policy for direct Discord application review and normal public access.
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Adobo BOT processes information for the Discord application, its related administrative functionality, and this public website. Discord has its own privacy practices for Discord accounts, servers, messages, and APIs.
Information Processed
Discord server information
Adobo BOT may process guild or server IDs, server names, server icon URLs or metadata, member counts, join or connection state, first-seen and last-seen timestamps, left-server timestamps, bot permission health, and server-specific settings.
Discord channel and role information
Adobo BOT may process channel IDs, channel names, channel types, parent channel IDs, available channel permissions, role IDs, role names, role colors, role positions, managed role status, mentionable status, and whether a role appears manageable by the bot. Server administrators may store allowed or denied channel and role IDs for command restrictions.
Discord user and member information
When needed to operate bot features, Adobo BOT may process Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, avatar URLs, nicknames, role membership, join timestamps, administrator permission state, and administrator-provided IDs. These values are used for permissions, template variables, command execution, welcome messages, and support or deletion requests.
Message information
When prefix commands or custom commands are enabled, Adobo BOT receives and inspects Discord message events in servers where it is installed. Message content may be processed transiently to detect prefixes, exact matches, contains triggers, starts-with triggers, regex triggers, command arguments, and custom-command context.
The newer custom-command runtime receives normalized event data that can include message ID, guild ID, channel ID, message content, author information, timestamp, member role IDs, and administrator status. Adobo BOT does not store every raw message by default, but execution logs, output previews, errors, scheduled-job context, or administrator-created command logic may persist data derived from a triggering message.
Administrator-created content
Adobo BOT stores administrator-created custom-command source, triggers, regex patterns, embed templates, welcome messages, server settings, channel and role restrictions, scheduled jobs, and runtime key/value storage values.
Execution and diagnostic information
Custom-command execution logs may include execution ID, command ID, guild ID, user ID when recorded, trigger type, command engine, status, output preview, error category, error message, error line and column, operation counts, Discord action counts, database operation counts, duration, and creation time. Operational process logs may also contain diagnostic information needed to troubleshoot failures.
Public website technical data
This public website may be hosted by Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or another configured static website provider. Those providers may process ordinary web-request metadata needed to host, route, secure, and troubleshoot static pages, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested URL, and basic security or server logs. Adobo BOT does not intentionally add advertising trackers, marketing cookies, user accounts, contact forms, analytics scripts, or third-party embeds to this public website.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to:
- Operate requested bot features and Discord commands.
- Match and run custom commands.
- Send, edit, delete, or react to Discord messages when configured commands request it.
- Apply server configuration, channel restrictions, role restrictions, and cooldowns.
- Send configured welcome messages.
- Enforce permissions and reduce abuse.
- Validate templates, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
- Maintain security for the local dashboard, API, runtime, and action bridge.
- Respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.
Information is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Data Storage
Persisted bot data is stored in a locally managed SQLite database controlled by the bot operator or the server environment where the bot is hosted. The default project database location is a SQLite file managed by the Adobo BOT runtime; operators may configure a different file path.
The local dashboard is not deployed as part of this public website. This public website does not provide access to the bot database, Discord token, dashboard password, or internal runtime secret. Website hosting providers host only the static public website and legal pages in this directory. Discord interactions still pass through Discord's platform.
Data Retention
Adobo BOT does not currently define a universal automatic deletion period for all persisted bot data. Server settings, custom commands, embed templates, welcome-message configuration, execution logs, scheduled jobs, runtime key/value data, and disconnected-server metadata may be retained until the applicable configuration is deleted, the operator removes it, a valid deletion request is completed, the service is discontinued, or retention is required for security or legal purposes.
When the bot is removed from a server, Adobo BOT marks the stored guild settings as left and preserves stored settings and configuration unless they are deleted separately. Runtime key/value entries with expiration times are removed when expiration cleanup runs. Scheduled jobs may remain as pending, running, completed, failed, or canceled records until removed by operator action or data maintenance.
Sharing and Disclosure
Adobo BOT may share or disclose information with Discord to perform requested Discord operations, with configured website hosting providers to host this static public website, with infrastructure providers genuinely used to operate the bot or website, with authorities where legally required, or with a successor if the project is legitimately transferred. Personal information is not sold.
Data Deletion and Requests
To request deletion, email contact@zxyandreay.is-a.dev. Include enough information to identify the relevant data, such as Discord user ID, Discord server ID, relevant command or configuration, and the nature of the request. Do not send passwords, bot tokens, private keys, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure follow-up process.
The operator may need to verify that the requester is authorized to delete server-owned configuration. Server administrators can delete supported custom commands, embed templates, and welcome-message configuration through the dashboard. Other records may require operator assistance.
Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights, which may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent applies. You can contact the operator using the email address in this policy.
Server members can also contact their server administrators about how Adobo BOT is configured in a particular Discord server.
Security
Adobo BOT uses safeguards intended for a local-first administration model, including restricted dashboard access, loopback-bound internal services by default, authenticated internal runtime and action-bridge requests, Discord permission checks, input validation, execution budgets, and no bot token in the browser. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
International Processing
Discord, configured website hosting providers, and infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their separate policies describe their own international processing practices.
Children's Privacy
Adobo BOT is not intended to lower Discord's minimum age requirements. It should only be used by people who are permitted to use Discord in their region.
Automated Decisions
Adobo BOT performs ordinary automation such as command matching, permission checks, cooldowns, scheduled command execution, and configured Discord actions. It is not designed to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
Changes to This Policy
Updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date will be changed when the policy materially changes.
